FIT PREGNANCY NUTRITION

Providing your body with optimal nutrition is key throughout pregnancy. Our nutritionist, Meryl Brandwein, RD/LDN, will work with Dr. Chen and you to create an optimal plan where key nutrients are particularly important for fetal development and for keeping you healthy as well.

EXERCISE FOR FIT PREGNANCY

We encourage women to develop and maintain an exercise regimen prior to pregnancy and continue during and after pregnancy Check with us prior to starting or changing any routine.

ACUPUNCTURE AND PREGNANCY MASSAGE THERAPY

Recent studies show that both massage therapy and acupuncture are a safe, gentle and effective way to address many symptoms experienced during pregnancy, especially since many traditional Western medications can’t be used during this time.
